Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and street-smart Senior Recruiter with strong experience in the Life Sciences industry and a proven track record of hiring across the UK and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will possess deep market understanding, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify and engage top talent in a competitive landscape. Experience recruiting for Regulatory Affairs roles and exposure to the Poland market will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Life Sciences roles across UK & EMEA markets
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and regional talent dynamics
• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, headhunting, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for strategic hiring
• Drive recruitment best practices and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality
• Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and diversity hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong experience hiring across UK and EMEA regions
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for specialized and niche roles
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in direct/headhunting approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially aware and street smart with the ability to navigate complex hiring environments
• Deep understanding of regional talent markets, hiring trends, and cultural nuances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred / Nice-to Have

• Prior experience recruiting in the Poland (CEE) region
• Experience hiring for Regulatory Affairs roles (e.g., Regulatory Affairs Managers, Specialists, Compliance roles)
• Exposure to global hiring practices and cross-border recruitment
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
