Frontend Arts - QAD Functional Consultant

About the role :
Frontend Arts brings together deep industry expertise and the latest IT advancements to deliver world-class digital transformation services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced QAD Functional Consultant with strong expertise in QAD ERP (2008 SE - 2009 SE) to support and drive ERP implementation, configuration, and business process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct GAP analysis and propose effective QAD ERP solutions.
- Configure and implement QAD ERP modules based on business needs.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience with QAD ERP 2008 SE - 2009 SE.

- Expertise in one or more domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of QAD implementation methodologies.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and GAP Analysis.
- Understanding of Manufacturing and ERP business processes.
- Familiarity with Progress 4GL/OpenEdge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
