Job Description
- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing all project aspects within the region. This includes scheduling, resource management, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance to ensure customer expectations are met. You will develop and implement detailed project plans, identifying key activities and tasks for successful project delivery. It will be your responsibility to determine project goals, establish evaluation measures, and monitor progress in close collaboration with senior management. Ensuring proper execution of the project plan and adjusting as needed for optimal outcomes is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and schedule timelines in alignment with senior management.
- Monitor and approve project expenditures, forecast revenue and profitability, and manage cash flow according to policies and procedures.
- Provide regular project status updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Implement corrective actions swiftly to address and resolve project issues.
In terms of compliance and stakeholder engagement, you will need to adhere to regional policies, ISO standards, and compliance guidelines to ensure projects remain within regulatory requirements. Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders is essential, responding promptly to their needs and demands. Additionally, supporting global projects, bid processes, and scoping activities while leading project management office initiatives in the region is part of your role. You will contribute to the successful rollout of special projects in neighboring regions, facilitating smooth cross-regional collaboration.
As part of your responsibilities, team management and succession planning are crucial. You will manage and develop staff, including performance management, training, and career development. Creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure succession planning with a ratio of 1:2 is also expected.
Furthermore, overseeing corporate governance within the assigned region to ensure alignment with organizational principles, policies, and regulations is important. Promoting the judicious use of natural resources and adhering to the organization's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines are key responsibilities. Driving the organization's sustainability initiatives and working towards achieving established targets is also part of your role.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate or Global equivalent degree with Project Management Professional Certification.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of management experience in a related role.,
