About the role:

As Head of Business Development Manager Offline Expansion, you will play a key role in expanding FS Lifes offline presence. Youll identify high-potential retail locations, lead site evaluations, manage mall relationships and support lease negotiations to enable timely store launches. This role combines strategic thinking with on-ground execution and offers a front-row seat to building a modern retail network for Indias leading women-centric fashion brand.

So, what will you be doing

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for retail expansion based on market trends and brand alignment
• Initiate and manage relationships with mall management, property owners, and consultants (e.g. CBRE)
• Conduct detailed site evaluations, feasibility studies, and competition mapping
• Assist in lease negotiations, term finalizations, and rental discussions
• Track and report on market insights, upcoming retail developments, and competitor presence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and store teams to ensure timely store launches
• Maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline status, performance metrics, and location-based insights
• Represent the brand in business development discussions and property exhibitions

What you will need

• Bachelors / Masters degree in any field
• Should have worked in a mall leasing team or a top tier real estate consulting firm e.g. CBRE or worked in the business development team of a brand & working on pan India leasing
• Great communication skills, as you will be the face of the brand in front of all malls & leasing managers
• Understanding of commercial lease terms and retail location assessment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and execution abilities
