Typical Restructuring team assignments include lead financial restructuring advisory; financial, operational, and commercial due diligence; business reviews; cash and working capital management; valuation; contingency planning and insolvency.Within that context, we are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Consultant to join our leading Restructuring team in Dubai or Riyadh.What You'll DoDelivering engagements involving:

• Assisting in business and liquidity reviews by investigating historical and future financial performance
• Preparing and testing business plans and financial models
• Undertaking variance/bridge analysis and identifying reasons for underperformance
• Developing a broad understanding of the full suite of offerings (e.g. contingency planning)
• Forming initial views and opinions on analyses before sharing them with the case manager
• Communicating findings through report writing and oral presentations
• Building detailed three-statement financial models and demonstrating confidence in Excel modelling
• Interrogating and diligence financial analysis

• A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Working financial modeling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
• Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel and work on cross border situations

Basic Qualifications / Skills

• Relevant Restructuring / Diligence experience in a Consulting firm
• Educated to degree level in a numerate subject (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Arabic Speaker
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent
