Job Description
- As a HR and Finance Coordinator at our company, your role involves managing various inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Finance department for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
In addition to the above responsibilities, your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday with shift timings either from 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST or 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 2 years of experience in human resources.
