Job Description

  • Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (W2 & C2C Experience)
  • Work Type: 100% Day one Onsite (No work from Home)
  • Interviews: F2F Interviews (single round hire)
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift.
  • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Must have prior experience in volume hiring for implementation clients in recent engagements

  • We are seeking an experienced with a proven track record in handling both W2 and C2C requirements and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team for the night shift.
  • As a senior US IT recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our clients across the United States.
  • This role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US IT job market.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on both W2 and C2C requirements across multiple IT domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and immigration statuses (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
  • Source and recruit IT professionals for a variety of positions, including developers, engineers, architects, project managers, and more, using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates' resumes, conduct technical and visa screening to ensure candidate eligibility and compliance, and evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate offer terms, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and placement metrics to management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify new recruitment opportunities and strategies.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to help them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in working with both W2 and C2C candidates.
  • Experience in volume hiring, niche skill hiring, and W2 placements.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a US IT recruiter, with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment for IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT job market, including technologies, trends, and talent availability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as per the company's business requirements.
