We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be well-versed in onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and coordination with candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with candidates to collect required documents and ensure timely submission.
• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
