About the role:
As an HR Executive at Fusion Practices you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.Experience in ZOHO is must
Responsibilities
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Work for a complete Visa procedure for international Hiring
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Data-driven mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
