Finance Controller - CA

Role Overview:

Ensure the integrity of financial numbers, compliance, and controls while directly collaborating with leadership in a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly close: reconciliations, accruals, and MIS
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC
• Build and run internal controls across financial transactions
• Manage cash, working capital, and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with teams to automate finance processes

Must-Haves:

• 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
• Hands-on experience in financial accounting, monthly closing, and account reconciliations.
• Practical experience managing GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audits, internal controls, and MIS reporting.
• Experience delivering accurate investor and board reporting, including financial reports and management information.
• Prior experience in a startup, retail, or healthcare company is preferred.
