Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide comprehensive HR support to our team, focusing on employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation.
What you will do: You will handle employee inquiries, assist with onboarding new hires, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key responsibility:
- Manage employee onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and ensuring fair treatment.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the performance management process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee surveys and engagement programs.
- Provide general HR support to employees.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
