Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes.
What you will do: You will assist with onboarding, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
Key responsibility:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Coordinate HR-related events and training programs.
- Support the HR team in various projects as needed.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
