HR Generalist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our HR team, supporting all aspects of employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding. You'll be a point of contact for employees and a champion of a positive work culture.

What you will do: You'll handle daily HR operations, assist with recruitment efforts, and contribute to HR projects. You'll work closely with other team members and department heads to provide efficient and effective HR support.

Key responsibility:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening applications and scheduling interviews.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.
• 
  Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Support performance management processes.
• Assist with benefits administration.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment law.
