Fynd - Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) who can drive complex programs, manage cross-functional collaboration, and align diverse stakeholders across platform and channel teams.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive complex programs, ensuring alignment between platform and channel teams.

- Define scope, milestones, and success metrics, translating business needs into structured execution plans.

- Manage technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.

- Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of platform capabilities.

- Track program performance using data-driven insights, iterating for efficiency and impact.

- Ensure seamless adoption and change management, helping internal clients maximize the platform's capabilities

Requirements:

- Technically strong and data-fluent, capable of leveraging data to optimize execution and decision-making.

- Adept at managing multi-stakeholder environments, balancing platform and channel priorities while ensuring seamless program delivery.

- Able to take full ownership of projects/accounts, driving execution with minimal oversight.

- Quick to understand technical and functional aspects, ensuring alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.

- Experienced in a product-driven environment, with a client-facing background that enables smooth coordination with internal and external teams.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, bringing structure and clarity to evolving business requirements.

Some specific requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role in a product-first or platform-driven company.

- Proven experience managing multi-team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Experience in SaaS, platform ecosystems, or e-commerce technologies.

- Expertise in Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies for effective execution.

- Proficiency in program management tools like JIRA, Asana, and MS Project.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
