What will you do at Fynd?
  • Take ownership of customer issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and help resolve their queries.
  • Understand customer issues, troubleshoot them, and ensure they are resolved.
  • Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams and follow up until closure.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and reliable support.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolutions.

Some Specific Requirements
  • A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer support tools is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
