Vice President/Business Head - Multi Unit Offline Retail Operations & Growth (P&L Ownership)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
My Client is hiring for a Business Head to lead a fast-scaling, multi-location consumer business operating on a Company-Owned Company-Operated / Operated Franchise model.
This is a full P&L ownership role, responsible for driving:
1. Revenue growth
2. Unit-level profitability
3. Customer experience
4. Operational excellence across center
The role requires a highly hands-on leader who can scale operations, drive utilization, and build strong on-ground teams.
KEY RESPOSIILITIES:
1. Own end-to-end P&L across multiple locations.
2. Drive revenue growth, utilization, and yield optimization.
3. Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality customer experience.
4. Build and scale repeat usage and community-led engagement models.
5. Develop and grow high-margin revenue streams (programs, memberships, events)

6. Drive pricing strategy and demand-supply optimization
Lead cross-functional teams across:
- Operations
- Growth
- Projects
- Maintenance
7. Build strong on-ground leadership and accountability culture
8. Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities and partnerships
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
1. 10-16 years of experience in multi-location consumer businesses
2. Strong experience in P&L ownership and operations
3. Background in Retail / F&B / fitness / hospitality chains/ Experience-led Consumer Businesses
4. Proven track record of scaling operations and improving unit economics
5. Highly hands-on and execution-focused
MUST HAVE EXPERIECE:
Strong experience in:
1. P&L ownership
2. Multi-location operations
3. COCO(Company Owned Company Operated) / Operated Franchise Model / Retail formats
Proven ability to:
1. Scale operations across cities
2. Improve unit economics
3. Drive on-ground execution
KEY SKILLS & TRAITS:
