Retail Banking Role - Strategy & Portfolio - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

About the Role:
Only looking for candidates from Banking sector and Mumbai based candidates.
Eligibility (Must Have):
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B school (Preferred)
- 10-15 years of experience in retail banking with strong exposure to liabilities, CASA, deposits, and portfolio/business management.
- Experience in Business Strategy, portfolio growth, analytics, digital initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced banking professional to lead strategic initiatives across the retail liabilities business.
The role involves driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer engagement, improving business performance through analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth across CASA and deposit portfolios through strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement portfolio management and customer engagement strategies.
- Utilize analytics and market insights to improve portfolio performance and customer retention.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Digital, Analytics, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver business objectives.
- Lead digital and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor business performance, portfolio profitability, and key performance metrics.

- Build strong internal and external partnerships to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams while driving a high-performance culture.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in business strategy, portfolio growth, analytics, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Exposure to digital banking and transformation programs will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
