- Role: Retail Banking Relationship Manager (3 Nos)
- Location: Pune
- Industry: Banking / NBFC
- Relevant Required Experience : (1-2) Years min.
- Salary Range: As per industry Standard (max 16-17 Lakhs)
- The role description is mentioned below:
- Sourcing of Home loans, loans against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Insurance and any other retail products offered by the bank through self-led generation and with the help of branch activity.
- Developing, maintaining, and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants, and other financial consultants.
- Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region
- Coordination with the Credit department for the processing of the loan till final disbursement.
- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well as ensuring due diligence and KYC of the borrower
- Thorough knowledge of various Banking products.
- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
