Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Project Specialist who will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects within healthcare and healthcare technology services.

• Project initiation: Support the project team to prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules, budgets and SoW as required.
• Requirement management: Efficiently conduct stakeholder-inclusive requirements gathering. Meticulously translate business requirements into clear, concise functional, and non-functional requirements
• Project Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, manage and close projects efficiently.
  
• Risk and issues management: Identify project challenges and solutions, risks and mitigation measures, as well as provide detailed feedback to concerned stakeholders.
• Communication and stakeholder management: Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
• Change management: Recommend project changes if required with the aim of achieving the project purpose and goals effectively.
• Compliance & reporting: Track project progress and reporting, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones as per stakeholder requirements and remain compliant with policies and guidelines.
• Methodology development: Contribute to design and development of project management methodologies and templates by utilizing project management tools.

  The measure of success for this role includes but not limited number of adjustments in project schedules, percentage of projects completed on schedule, and employee & customer NPS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as project specialist or similar role in a healthcare / health tech or AI setting
• Strong technical background and understanding of data analytics or AI technologies.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools, techniques, methodologies and software
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is desirable.
