We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Power-BI, with a strong command over SQL, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and programming skills at least one technology. The successful candidate will have prior experience working within the Business Intelligence domain, skilled working with large datasets to generate insights and recommendation business.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power-BI to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Design and optimize data models utilizing DAX to enable efficient data analysis and visualization.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
  
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across different data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate BI solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Bachelors / master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience working with Power-BI, with a strong understanding of DAX expressions.
• Advanced SQL skills, including expertise in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.

  Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience working within the Business Intelligence domain, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modelling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, storytelling, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics).
• Certification in PowerBI or other relevant BI tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques is highly desirable (e.g., machine learning, modelling).
