People & Talent Associate - (Founder’s Office)

Galvanize Global Education is reinventingadmissions services for top universities globally and test prepwith generative AI. Were hiring ourFull-Time People & Talent Associateto help us scale. In this role, youllsource top tech & growth talent,run quarterly review cycles, andlaunch bite-sized L&D sprints. Youll work directly with the CEO, gain end-to-end business exposure, and fast-track to a People Manager role within24months.

• Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year acrossengineering, product, marketing, sales, and academicsthrough data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
• Run quarterly performance management (OKRs, 360 feedback, calibration).
• Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals.

What you bring:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
• Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
• Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
• Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
