Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our HR team, responsible for the administration and management of our compensation and benefits programs.

What you will do: You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of our compensation and benefits programs, process payroll, and respond to employee inquiries.

Key responsibility:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits information.
  • Prepare reports and analysis related to compensation and benefits.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Experience with compliance related to compensation and benefits is highly desirable.
