Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Kolkata. The Sales Officer will handle daily responsibilities, including lead generation, developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales operations, and contributing to channel sales strategies. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating the successful execution of sales goals. Being proactive in understanding customer needs and delivering solutions is key to this position.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify potential customers and manage sales processes

  Experience in Channel Sales and the ability to build and manage distribution networks
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
