Senior Executive - Domestic Operations

• Coordinate and monitor domestic inbound and outbound rail container movements
• Ensure timely placement and removal of rakes as per train schedules and operations plan.
• Supervise loading, unloading & storage activities of containers & coils from rail wagons, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Ensuring optimal space utilization and operational flow, monitor survey report,damages and scheduleplan
• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound domestic dispatches
• Maintain real-time data entry and tracking in the ERP/system for container & coils movements.
• Maintain inventory of domestic containers
• Documentation & handling of coils
• Ensure adherence to railway norms, customs procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with terminal, transporters, railway staff, H & Tvendors and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct yard inspections to identify and report operational bottlenecks, equipment issues, or safety hazards.
• Prepare and share daily activity reports and performance metrics (e.g., inventory, dispatches, pendency, and container dwell time).

Support planning and execution during peak operations, train delays, or critical situations.
