Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all fire safety norms and statutory regulations
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment (hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, etc.)
- Prepare and implement Fire Safety & Emergency Response Plans
- Conduct fire drills and safety training for mall staff and tenants
- Coordinate with the local fire department for inspections and approvals
- Monitor fire control room operations and CCTV surveillance (if applicable)

- Maintain records of fire safety equipment, testing, and maintenance logs
- Identify potential fire hazards and recommend corrective measures
- Ensure clear fire exits and emergency evacuation routes at all times
- Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations
