Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Franchise Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, managing relationships with existing franchisees, planning and implementing acquisition strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration. Responsibilities also include negotiating franchise agreements and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Franchise Management
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with franchise partners

  • Min 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare or education industry is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary for franchise dealings and expansions
  • Dynamic / go-getter female candidates will be preffered with proven job profile in the past assignements
  • Compensation will commensurate with experience
