Job Description

    As a Franchise Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company's franchise network. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential franchisees, managing the acquisition process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees. This dynamic role requires a combination of sales expertise, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of the franchising model.
    Your key responsibilities will involve lead generation and prospecting by targeting potential franchisees through various channels such as online platforms, trade shows, and networking events. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive the growth of the franchise network. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns tailored to attract prospective franchisees and developing marketing materials and proposals.
    In this role, you will evaluate potential franchisees based on their financial capability, business experience, and alignment with the company's values and goals. Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine fit will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also guide prospective franchisees through the sales process, negotiate terms, and close franchise agreements.
    Ensuring a smooth transition for new franchisees will be essential. You will coordinate with internal teams for training, setup, and support, providing ongoing guidance during the initial stages of the franchisee's operations. Market analysis and reporting are crucial aspects of the role, requiring you to conduct research to identify opportunities for franchise expansion and prepare regular reports on franchise acquisition activities and market trends.
    Relationship management is another vital component of the role. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new franchisees, serving as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office. Compliance and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring all franchise agreements and related documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.

    To excel in this role, you must possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze financial statements. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of franchising laws and regulations are also required. Being results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills is essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel as necessary.
