Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience at GDK Services LLC in Vishakhapatnam. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting tasks. This role involves identifying, sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in end-to-end hiring processes
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities
• Knowledge of recruiting software and tools
• Good understanding of various US Tax Terms (1099, W2, C2C etc.)
• Good understanding of various visas and work eligibilities.
