The Challenge

The Data Analyst, End to End, is a member of our Digital Technology (Information Technology) team that will partner with our Lean Enterprise team to configure and enhance our end-to-end capabilities. End to end capabilities links multiple functional views of a data set across business functions. This requires understanding the data from various systems and the business capabilities each attribute enables. Areas of interest include but are not limited to Oracle OTM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Costing Module, Oracle ASCP, and various internal systems. This role will support various E2E projects such as LCT, Cost to Serve, and Demand Planning. These tools enable inventory, service, and cost capabilities across multiple functions.

What you will Do

• Work with the Insights and Intelligence team to investigate and analyze data.



• Serve as the liaison between various teams and business resources to define and understand data.


• Develop and maintain interfaces with Oracle EBS and other GEA applications, including but not limited to IDS (WMS), 4 Kites, Blue Yonder, and heritage applications.


• Work effectively with vendor/partners, resources, and various IT teams such as Shared Pools of technical developers, raising and amicably resolving red flags promptly.


• Assist in building cross-functional consensus and resolving conflicts.


• Adopt and help improve Digital tools, standards, policies, governance, and operational procedures.

What you need to Succeed

Minimum Qualification & Experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience


• Experience with SQL and relational data sources.

• Work effectively with technical peers and business partners.


• Working experience and understanding scripting languages such as python.


• Knowledge of data governance principles. Experience with at least one enterprise scale ETL tool
