Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Operations based in Mumbai. The Vice President of Operations will oversee and optimize operational processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, driving performance improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with leadership and engagement with global teams will be integral to the role.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2125 years in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 8+ years in executive leadership managing multi-site delivery operations.
