Job Description
The sales manager's primary responsibility is to manage MDDSA channel sales for the Generali Central Insurance Company Limited. He/ she is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets for MDDSA team. Primary job responsibilities of a sales manager are sales target achievement.
- Planning and target setting for the dealership & individual IMDs.
- Formulating sales strategies for Motor Insurance products along with the other GI products and achieving targets.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting and performance monitoring of Motor Dealer & Agents.
- Recruitment Of Dealerships for Motor Insurance & Individual Agents.
Work Experience-
- 02 - 04 years of experience in agency development in Insurance.

- Ability to work independently and General collaboratively in a team.
Age Criteria : Max age 34 Years.
