Job Description
About:
- Identify & develop recruiting and sourcing channels, including: agencies, search firms, Internet sites, Career fairs, Recruitment advertising agencies
- Ensure adherence to human resources policies and procedures concerning recruitment, HRIS, C & B, performance management and employee relations in order to guide human resources daily work
- Diagnosis of organizational issues through various data collection methods including interviews, observations, surveys and focus groups. Use information to customize individual or organizational development interventions and employee satisfaction
- Benchmark Company's HR best practices with external organizations, generating interest in the company and building Company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Maintains good relationship with local labor departments to have updated information of labor laws and regulations.
- Responsible to support the site to deal with all types of HR issues, competency /skills assessments, training & development
- Ensure statutory compliance under various labour laws at all locations i.e. provident fund, ESI, gratuity, shop & establishment act, factories act, contract labour act etc.
- Successful track record of executing HR, IR, Compliance & Admin related deliverables preferably in a growing organization
- HR, IR, Compliance & Admin experience with min 3+ years stability either in the current or the previous Company (Should not be a frequent job hopper)
- Preferably from a high-volume product-manufacturing industry with margin pressure (FMCG, AutoComponents, Pharma etc.) is preferred

- Deep knowledge of human resource management and labour laws
- Past or current experience in handling union / IR situation and disciplinary action procedures as per law to achieve business objectives
- Excellent networking and liaison with government agencies, head hunters and professional HR institutions i.e. HRD / Personnel forums
- Flexibility and know-how to adapt past approaches and methods to new situations and people
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set
