Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Leasing Executive to generate revenue by leasing company-owned assets, including mobile fuel stations, tankers, excavators, generators, ISO tanks, containers, and vacuum suction machines.

The role is purely target-driven, requiring strong market connections, field sales activity, and the ability to close leasing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure leasing opportunities in the market (oil & gas, construction, logistics, industrial sectors)

Promote and lease assets, including:

Fuel tankers (road & mobile)

Excavator tankers & excavators

ISO tanks & containers

Generators & mobile fuel stations

Vacuum suction machines

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site coordination

• Generate leads, negotiate pricing, and close leasing contracts
• Ensure maximum utilization of company assets
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business & renewals
• Coordinate internally for asset availability, dispatch, and documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
