About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop new business and manage customer accounts for a technology products and solutions business.

The role involves working with business customers, understanding their requirements and providing suitable technology products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business customers and develop new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Discuss pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on customer orders.
• Maintain sales records and follow up on pending opportunities.
• Work towards agreed sales objectives.

Requirements

• 2 - 10 years of experience in technology product or solution sales.
• Previous experience selling computer hardware or related technology products.
• Experience working with business customers.
• Knowledge of products such as computers, servers, storage and networking equipment.
• Experience handling customer enquiries, quotations and negotiations.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in developing new customers and managing existing accounts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements.
