Role & responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily front desk operations & welcome visitors professionally. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently. Maintain visitor registers, logs, and office documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow. Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room management. Ensure reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable. 2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE FACILITY HELPDESK KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time / Corporate Up to 35,000 Monthly CTC REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in any discipline preferred. Freshers & candidates up to 1 yr experience can apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and email drafting. Professional appearance with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.
