URGENT HIRING FOR PAYROLL EXECUTIVE || GENIUS HRTECH LIMITED

Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Manage attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives and reimbursements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare salary sheets, payroll reconciliation and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F) and employee payroll queries.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF etc.
- Good understanding of statutory compliances and payroll software/HRMS.
