Field Operations Coach / Brand Trainer
Hands-on, retail-focused
Core Responsibilities
Visit stores across UAE (field-heavy role)
Train retail staff on:
Product knowledge (luxury brands)
Sales techniques

Monitor performance & give feedback in-store
Prepare training materials & reports (office side)
Work closely with retail + brand teams
