Finance Associate ( 0 - 2 Years)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring timely reconciliations.
Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in GST/TDS workings and statutory compliance
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
• Assist during audit and provide required documentation

  Proficient in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and SAP.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reconciliations) and MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal communication for coordination with internal teams, auditors, and consultants
  

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)
• Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA (Finance) preferred.
