Loan Underwriter

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our credit risk team, independently assessing loan applications and making informed credit decisions.

What you will do: Analyze applicant financial information, conduct credit scoring, and prepare comprehensive credit reports to support lending decisions.

Key responsibility:

• Independently analyze loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Conduct thorough credit scoring and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed credit reports with recommendations for loan approval or denial.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all credit decisions.
• 
  Adhere to all regulatory and internal policies regarding credit risk management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in credit underwriting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
