Job Description
We are seeking a specialist who treats social media as a high-performance sales engine.
This role is ideal for a data-driven optimizer focused on converting ad spend into qualified property leads. Key
Performance Areas: -
- Campaign Strategy & Execution Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of high-budget, ROI-focused ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—specifically targeting real estate investors and high-intent audiences. -
- Lead Quality & Conversion Optimization Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor lead quality, refine targeting, and continuously improve campaign performance using CRM insights and conversion analytics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns within the Real Estate or Financial Services sectors
- Demonstrated success in driving high-quality lead generation and meeting performance benchmarks
