Present Role: Financial Analyst

Reporting: Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates
• Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
• Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking
• Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution.
• Presenting investment opportunities and pitching to prospective investors during fundraising initiatives.
• Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis
• Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes
• Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments

Requirements:

• Qualified CA/MBA in finance
• 1 - 3 years' experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
