Present Role – Investment Banking Associate

Reporting – Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities

• · Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates
• · Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
• · Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking
• · Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution.
• · Presenting investment opportunities and pitching to prospective investors during fundraising initiatives.
• · Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis
• · Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes
• · Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments

Requirements

• Qualified CA/MBA in finance
• 1-3 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
