About the Organization: 

Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of post-IPO clients, maintaining regular and structured contact (calls, meetings, check-ins) with investors and clients. 

2. Proactively track client developments, financial results, corporate actions, leadership changes, regulatory filings, to identify opportunities for continued engagement as well as discussion with potential clients. 

3. Coordinate periodic check-in schedules, relationship reviews, and touchpoints (e.g., post-results calls, annual reviews) to ensure no client relationship goes cold. 

4. Maintain an organised, up-to-date record of client interactions, relationship status, and follow-up actions (CRM/tracker). 

5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with client, including, CFOs, and IR heads to remain their trusted first point of contact. 

6. Represent the firm at select client meetings, roadshows, industry events, and investor conferences to strengthen relationships and generate leads. 

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business, Finance or CA Qualification. 

• 2+ years of experience investor relations. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly 

and represent the organization professionally.
