ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive enterprise revenue by selling its Conversational AI and CX Automation platform to Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech lenders across India. You will own the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation and consultative solutioning to commercial closure - engaging with CXO-level decision-makers and digital transformation leaders. This is a hunting-first, quota-carrying individual contributor role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales to Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and Fintech lenders across North India
- Drive consultative, solution-led sales engagements mapping client CX challenges to AI platform
- Engage CXOs, CIOs, Digital Heads, and Customer Experience leaders for strategic deal closures
- Build and manage a high-quality BFSI pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Partner with pre-sales and product teams on demos, RFPs, and custom solutioning
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within key accounts post-closure
