Senior Product Manager - Trading & Investing - Digital Wealth Platform

The Right Profile:

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our trading and investing experience. You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers while partnering with product and business teams to achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision for future offerings across the group. Translate complex market dynamics and regulatory requirements into a cohesive product strategy that differentiates the platform in the market.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from zero-to-one. Build and manage a data-driven roadmap, prioritizing the backlog to balance immediate user value with long-term technical scalability.
• Design and optimize the acquisition engine by identifying high-potential growth channels, improving conversion funnels, and leveraging A/B testing and user research to reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximize LTV (Lifetime Value).
• Act as the central point of collaboration between Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams. Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact features while fostering technical excellence and customer-centric thinking.
• Navigate financial regulatory requirements by partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure products remain compliant without compromising user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent domain experience.
• 6+ years of Product Management experience on consumer-facing FinTech products (Brokerage / WealthTech preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Metabase, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker, along with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of launching zero-to-one products or driving innovative growth experiments.
• Technical background or understanding of ML/AI concepts or frontend technologies.
