Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior SaaS Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and manage the end-to-end SaaS sales cycle.
This is an individual contributor role with partial team-handling responsibilities, ideal for someone who has strong experience in SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, enterprise deal closures, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Experience in selling AI-based products or solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Deliver engaging online product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer pain points and position the SaaS solution effectively.
Client & Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
Team Support & Collaboration:
- Support and guide junior sales executives or SDRs whenever required.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to share customer feedback and market requirements.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, pitch strategies, and market positioning.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal closures.
- Strong ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members will be an added advantage.
- Experience in AI product sales or selling AI-enabled SaaS solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS startup environments.
- Familiarity with international sales processes and virtual selling.
- Understanding of lead generation tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email automation platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise sales and working with CXO-level stakeholders.
