SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Agent to join our GFX marketing/call center team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting company services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are essential.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote GFX marketing services.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain customer pipelines.
2. Customer Interaction
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of service.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Database & Reporting
Update CRM with customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and organized records of calls and sales activities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the team leader.
4. Coordination
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
? Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of tele-sales or call center experience (UAE experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of GFX / digital marketing services is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
