Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Strategy/M&A

- Market Research: Study and analyse the global automotive/auto component industry. Identify latest industry/technology trends and leverage them for business growth.
- Strategic Analysis: Track progress on strategic priorities and key performance indicators. Analyse financial and operational parameters to find actionable insights for management.
- Program Management: Plan and execute strategic initiatives and projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Mergers & Acquisitions: Analyse M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and present reports and materials for executive board meetings, quarterly results, monthly MIS, and daily/weekly trackers for management review
Candidate Profile:
Essential:
- Prior work experience in global MNCs in automotive/manufacturing/industrial machinery sectors.
- Ability to connect and work with people across teams and levels.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in market research, analytics, presentation making, and working with large datasets.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in corporate strategy/consulting roles.
- Passionate about learning and working in a high-growth work environment.
- Engineering Background preferred.
Experience: 5-10 Years
Educational Details: MBA in Strategy/ Finance/ Operations from Tier-1 Institute
BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Institute.
