Project Manager- Arab National (own Visa Only)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for efficient project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress against key milestones.
• Ensure resource availability and technical feasibility throughout all project phases.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate control techniques.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitoring & Control

• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Track deliverables to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and prepare regular project progress reports.
• Identify and escalate issues or risks to senior management as needed.
• Create visual documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements and clarify project expectations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Delegate project tasks based on team members’ strengths and capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Continuously build and apply strong leadership skills.
• Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills.

Risk & Financial Management

• Perform risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial analysis.
• Support effective resource allocation and cost-control strategies.

Additional Duties

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple, concurrent projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
