Job Description
- You will provide support for escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware failures, software errors, and network connectivity problems such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues. Additionally, you will be managing user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and O365.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and enterprise applications. It will be essential to ensure security compliance by handling patching, antivirus software, and enforcing policies. Documenting solutions, maintaining a knowledge base, and generating incident reports will also be a crucial aspect of your duties.
You may be required to assist with system upgrades, migrations, and various IT projects. This position offers flexibility in work schedule and the opportunity to work in person at the designated location.
